At Mister Jock we are always happy to help you! and we are able to do so in English and Dutch (preferred). As an extra, we can also help you in Spanish.
For clients writing in French and German, we use google translate and we will reply to you in English.
For other languages, google translate is not as good but we’ll do our very best so we can understand each other.

We are a Dutch company trading in goods that are legal in the Netherlands. Law varies from one country to another. Whether importing/receiving something is legal in your own country of residence depends on your countries' laws and customs regulations. Mister Jock falls under Dutch law, and is therefore not liable for items that are opened, lost, detained or seized by postal or customs authorities in your country. You, as a consumer, must adhere to and be aware of the laws and regulations of your own country. The customer is responsible for any legal problems arising from customs in their country. Under no circumstance will Mister Jock be responsible for sales and delivery of forbidden goods to the customer's country.
When we ship goods outside the EC, the parcel passes through customs in the destination country. Mister Jock ensures correct exporting but has no link with your national customs procedures. All costs involved (import tax, local duties, VAT) will be paid by the customer.
Mister Jock guarantees the quality of all its products for up to 2 years after the purchase date for defects in material or craftsmanship.
Any returns due to defects/complaints will be replaced/credited by Mister Jock if the return is caused by defects in material and/or craftsmanship. Mister Jock will not accept/replace/credit returns that are caused by improper use or mishandling, normal wear and tear, and/or unacceptable storage and/or maintenance of the disputed item. Damage of rubber clothing items due to sharp objects or oil are explicitly excluded from the Mister Jock guarantee. Should goods be faulty in materials or craftsmanship, please notify us and return them immediately, unused, for exchange or refund.

5 Payments
All transactions on Misterjock.com are made in €EURO.
Your payment provider (your bank, PayPal, etc) will convert this amount to your local currency (eg: USD, GBP, etc) at the time of the transaction, this calculation will appear on your (bank) statement.
If you receive a refund on your transaction, your payment provider will also convert this amount from EURO to your local currency.
Please note that due to daily currency fluctuations, the refund amount may be different from the original purchase amount.

8 Shipping and Deliveries
Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO Boxes, Pack Stations or Postfiliale.
Yes, you do. Once your order has been processed in our warehouse, you will receive an email with the tracking number.
That tracking number will only display information once it gets the first scan at the Instabox, UPS, or DHL depot. If you click on the tracking number link before this, it will not work.

Shipping Costs
We strive to deliver your order on time and in discrete packaging.
We work with fixed rates, meaning that the weight, size, or amount of boxes won't change the shipping costs. The shipping price depends on the destination country and whether or not you choose Standard or Express.
The shipping price will be displayed as soon as you select the destination country during the checkout of your order.
Yes, we do! We offer express delivery with UPS.
UPS Express (for orders within the EU) and UPS Express Saver for orders outside the EU.
Delivery times for Belgium & Germany 1 to 2 days / Rest of Europe 2 to 4 days / overseas 2 to 5 days. For more info about transit times: contact our staff or see www.ups.com
Once we have processed your order you will receive an email with a tracking number link. Keep in mind that this link will only display information once the order gets the first scan at the UPS depot; that will be during the evening of the same day you have received the email with the tracking number link. Should this link not show any information the day after you have received it, contact us so we can investigate.
Mister B Wholesale & Internet BV is not responsible for delayed orders due to problems with UPS. However, we will endeavor to do our best to solve problems should they occur. If you have not received the goods within the expected time frame, please contact us so we can investigate.

For orders within The Netherlands:
Red Je Pakketje, all orders placed before 11.00 am (weekdays) will be sent and delivered the same day. Deliveries are done in the evening.
For orders within the EU:
UPS Standard and DHL Europlus*: Belgium / Germany 2 to 3 days. Rest of Europe 3 to 5 days.
UPS Express: Belgium & Germany 1 to 2 days / Rest of Europe 2 to 4 days
*DHL Europlus is not available for Belgium, Germany, and France.
For orders outside the EU:
UPS Expedited; takes about 7 days, and UPS Express Saver can take 2 to 5 days.
2 VAT and Other Tax
Mister Jock is based in The Netherlands, Import Tax (or Customs Duty) is not applied on goods sold within the EU.
When a package is shipped outside the EU (Outside of Europe + Switzerland and Norway), it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges will typically be due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination. Contact your local authorities for more information.
Mister Jock is based in The Netherlands, within the European Union.
By law, we must charge VAT (Value Added Tax) on all goods sold to consumers that are shipped to a destination within the EU. The VAT that you pay is included in the price shown on our website and is clearly displayed in your shopping cart.
The shopping cart total will be updated with the correct VAT calculations once you enter your shipping destination.
If you live outside of the EU you will not be charged VAT.
You *may* be charged Import Tax depending on your local tax laws.

6 Return and Refund

You are entitled to return any unused items within 14 days after delivery for exchange or refund by Mister Jock. The following limitations apply:
- The goods must be absolutely new and unused and have to be in their original and undamaged packaging.
- We are not able to refund returned intimate toys such as dildos, once removed from the plastic packaging. This is for hygienic purposes.
- Further exempt from our return policy are goods which are specially produced in accordance with customer specifications (made to measure).
- In the event of a product exchange (new goods for returned goods), the customer is responsible for transportation costs. Only when the product is defective or broken Mister Jock will cover transport costs.
When Mister Jock cannot deliver an out-of-inventory product within 30 days, the customer can cancel the order if an alternate delivery date has not been arranged.
When products are returned within the cooling down period of 14 days, Mister Jock will refund the customer within 14 days (usually quicker). When your bank account details are required for a refund, the 14 day restitution period starts once your details have been received in full.
